Description
The Galaxy S25+ is the mid-range flagship of the Galaxy S25 series and replaces its predecessor, the S24+. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy with eight cores and a 3500 MHz clock speed, supported by 12 GB of RAM and an Adreno 830 GPU. Android 15 with One UI 7 brings several Galaxy AI features, such as cross-app voice commands, the Now Brief overview, a notes assistant, and a chat assistant for composing and translating messages.
The triple camera consists of a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, plus a 12 MP front camera for selfies. Videos can be recorded in up to 8K, and AI-powered features such as ProVisual Engine, Nightography for low-light photography, and Audio Eraser for removing background noise support image quality.
The 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display has a resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels, achieves a 120 Hz refresh rate, and a brightness of 1500 cd/m². The aluminum housing with glass back is protected IP68 against dust and water, with the fingerprint sensor located under the display. The 4900 mAh battery charges at up to 45 W wired or wirelessly, and connectivity is ensured through 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and USB-C. Samsung promises seven years of Android updates and security updates until 2032.
