Description
The AKT 616/NB cooktop from Whirlpool combines a glass surface with four gas burners, which rest on robust cast iron grates. These offer, thanks to their thickness, a stable base for pots and pans during cooking.
Automatic ignition lights the burners without matches, while the flame failure safety device cuts off the gas supply as soon as the flame goes out accidentally, for example due to drafts or boiling liquid. This makes the cooktop suitable for anyone who values simple operation and safety in the kitchen.
