Description
The Uni-T UT200A is a current clamp meter for use in electrical installation and maintenance. Thanks to its clamp design, alternating current can be measured without opening the circuit, which simplifies field measurements and domestic installation testing.
The device covers alternating current up to 200 A as well as alternating and direct voltage up to 600 V, plus resistance measurement up to 20 kΩ for testing basic components and circuits. Range selection is done manually, which allows targeted control of the measurement for simple applications. Diode test, continuity test and data hold complement the functions, while a backlit display and low battery indicator support readability.
With compact housing and a clamp opening of 28 mm, the UT200A is also suitable for confined mounting situations. Its classification in the safety category CAT III 600V makes it suitable for use on electrical installations.
