Description
The UNI-T UT18B MAX is a True RMS digital multimeter for professional measurement and service applications. It covers DC and AC voltage up to 1000 V, DC and AC current up to 10 A as well as resistance, capacitance, frequency, duty cycle and temperature from -55 to 500 °C. The display shows up to 6000 counts and can be switched automatically or manually in the measurement range.
In addition to continuity and diode testing, the device features a dedicated LED diode test function that allows precise testing of LED lighting. Data hold, relative mode and adjustable backlight make work easier under changing conditions, while automatic power-off preserves battery life. A type K thermocouple is included, enabling direct temperature measurement.
For use in electrical installations, the multimeter is protected against overvoltage according to CAT III 600V and also warns with an alarm in case of incorrect connection. It is powered by two 1.5 V AA batteries.
