Description
The TOPDON TS004 is a thermal monocular that captures thermal signatures up to a distance of 450 yards with a 13 mm lens and a resolution of 256 x 192 pixels. The frame rate of 50 Hz and a field of view of 13.5° x 10.1° provide smooth visualization of the observed environment, displayed on the LCOS display with 640 x 480 pixels. Five color palettes - Bird, White hot, Black hot, Red hot and Fusion - are available for different observation situations, and digital magnification from 1x to 8x allows both overview and detailed view.
With IP67 protection and an operating temperature range of -20 to 45 °C, the device is designed for use in changing weather conditions, complemented by a waterproof carrying strap. The 5000 mAh battery provides a runtime of approximately 11 hours, while 32 GB of internal storage allows documentation of observations. Via the TopInfrared app, the monocular can be connected wirelessly, for example to transfer recordings. Thus, the TS004 is suitable for hunters, nature observers and outdoor activities in darkness or poor visibility.
