Description
Sunlu PLA+ BW in ivory is a filament with 1.75 mm diameter, designed for use in FDM printers from brands such as Bambu Lab, Creality, Prusa and Anycubic. The dimensional accuracy is ±0.02 mm, the density is 1.23 g/cm³, which promotes uniform material transport and consistent printing results.
Mechanically, the material has a tensile strength of 64 MPa, a flexural strength of 86 MPa and a flexural modulus of 2907 MPa, with an elongation at break of 17% and an IZOD impact strength of 3.5 kJ/m² in the X-Y direction. The Vicat softening temperature is 54 °C, the heat deflection temperature (HDT) is 53 °C and the melting temperature is 164 °C, with a melt flow index of 6.3 g/10min.
Printing is recommended at 195–220 °C, the print speed is between 50 and 300 mm/s depending on the application.
