Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 is a 1.75 mm filament in coffee brown for FDM 3D printers from all manufacturers. It enables print speeds of up to 300 mm/s with a tight diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm. The combination of typical PLA processing and increased toughness makes it suitable for functional parts.

Description
Sunlu PLA+ 2.0 CB is a filament with 1.75 mm diameter and a tolerance of ±0.02 mm, designed for uniform material flow and stable extrusion at high print speeds up to 300 mm/s. With a melt flow rate of 7.8 g/10min and a melting temperature of 164 °C, the material can be processed quickly and without frequent nozzle blockages.
Mechanically, the material exhibits a tensile strength of 53.4 MPa, a flexural strength of 81.8 MPa and a flexural modulus of 2740 MPa, combined with an elongation at break of 20.3 % and an Izod impact strength of 19.8 kJ/m². This combination of stiffness and toughness is suitable for functional parts that must withstand a certain load. The Vicat softening temperature of 54 °C and the heat deflection temperature of 53.8 °C also indicate the thermal resistance of printed models.
With a density of 1.21 g/cm³ and coffee brown coloring, the filament is compatible with practically all FDM 3D printers.
