Description
Sunlu ASA G is a technical filament based on acrylonitrile-styrene-acrylate, developed for components exposed to variable weather conditions. The combination of UV, rain, and temperature resistance ensures that printed parts retain their color and shape even after prolonged outdoor use, making it interesting for applications in automotive technology, electronics, landscape design, and outdoor installations.
With a tensile strength of 50 MPa, a flexural strength of 73 MPa, and impact resilience of 18 kJ/m², the material achieves a mechanical stability typical for ASA, which also allows the use of construction parts under permanent load. Thermal stability of 96 °C permits use in environments with elevated thermal stress. The diameter tolerance of ±0.02 mm contributes to uniform extrusion.
The filament is processed at print temperatures of 250–280 °C and a bed temperature of 80–100 °C, with print speeds possible between 50 and 200 mm/s. This wide speed range offers flexibility for fine details as well as for larger printed objects.
