Description
The PlayStation VR2 by Sony is a VR headset that works exclusively with PS5 and was developed for immersive gaming. The OLED display presents content with 2000 x 2040 pixel resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, with a field of view of 110°. To detect head and body movements, a proximity sensor, accelerometer and gyroscope are built in.
For wearing comfort, the interpupillary distance can be adjusted individually, and headphones and microphone are integrated directly into the headset. The connection to the console is via USB-C and USB or Bluetooth, and a 3.5 mm jack is also available. The headset is in black and white and is rated PEGI 12.
