Description
The ZBMINIL2 from Sonoff is a Zigbee switching actuator that is mounted behind standard wall switches in the flush-mounted box and retrofits an existing lighting installation with smart home capability. Thanks to the absence of a neutral wire, it can also be used in older installations where it is missing. The housing is made of PC plastic of fire protection class V-0 and is designed for an input voltage of 100-240 V at 50/60 Hz.
The module is controlled via a Zigbee 3.0 network, for which a compatible hub is required; the connection to Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant additionally enables voice control. With a maximum current of 6 A and switching power of up to 3 W, the module is particularly suitable for controlling lighting. Operation is managed by an EFR32MG22 chipset.
