The Sonoff ZBM5-3C-86W is a three-channel Zigbee touch wall switch for flush mounting that works with or without a neutral conductor. It can be controlled via an app, voice command, or touch and requires a Zigbee gateway. Thanks to open-source support, it is also suitable for Zigbee2MQTT and ZHA environments.

Description
The Sonoff ZBM5-3C-86W is a smart wall switch with three channels based on the Zigbee 3.0 standard and can be installed in both older and newer buildings thanks to support for installations with and without a neutral conductor. The flush mounting with screw fastening ensures discreet integration into existing switch frames, while the housing made of PC and CRS is designed for durability in everyday use.
The switch can be controlled directly on the touch field, via an app, or by voice command via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. Since it requires a smart home hub, it works with common Zigbee gateways and can also be integrated into open-source platforms such as Zigbee2MQTT or ZHA, making it interesting for users with existing home automation systems. Each channel supports up to 10 A or 400 W LED load at 240 V and operates at a rated voltage of 100 to 240 V, which is sufficient for most household lighting loads.
