Description
The Sonoff MINI-DIM is an in-wall dimmer installed behind an existing switch and transforms it into smart light control. An ESP32-C3 processor establishes the connection via WiFi 2.4 GHz according to the IEEE 802.11 b/g/n standard and integrates the device into common smart home systems via Matter, including Apple Home, Google Home, Amazon Alexa, SmartThings, and Home Assistant – no separate hub is necessary.
The module dims smoothly between 0 and 100% and automatically calibrates brightness. It is suitable for dimmable LEDs up to 200 VA as well as for incandescent bulbs, halogen lamps, and electronic transformers up to 400 W. It connects to 220–240 V at 50 Hz with a rated current of 10 A; a neutral wire is required for operation, a copper cable of 18–16 AWG is recommended.
The housing is made of white flame-retardant PC plastic and is designed for installation in an in-wall mounting box. Operation is specified in the temperature range -10 to 40 °C and at a relative humidity of 5–95%.
