Description
The Galaxy Z Fold7 is Samsung's foldable smartphone featuring an 8-inch AMOLED main display with 120 Hz and a 6.5-inch secondary display for use in the closed position. When unfolded, the aluminium and glass body measures just 4.2 mm, giving the device a particularly slim profile. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy with eight cores and a clock frequency of 4320 MHz, supported by 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage space.
On the back are three cameras: a 200 MP main camera, a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 12 MP ultra-wide camera, complemented by a 10 MP front camera. The 4400 mAh Li-Ion battery can be charged via cable with 10 to 25 W or wirelessly. For connectivity, 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, and NFC are available, along with eSIM and nano-SIM support and a USB-C port with USB 3.2.
With Android 16 and the One UI interface, Samsung provides seven years of Android updates and security updates until 2032. The IP48 rating offers protection against dust and water, with a SAR value of 1.42 W/kg.
