Description
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 is a foldable smartphone with an aluminum and glass housing that measures only 4.2 mm open and 8.9 mm closed. The 8-inch AMOLED main display offers a resolution of 2184 x 1968 pixels, a refresh rate of 120 Hz, and reaches a maximum brightness of 2600 nits. The secondary display measures 6.5 inches with a resolution of 1080 x 2520 pixels.
The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy with eight cores, a clock speed of 4320 MHz, and the Qualcomm Adreno 830 graphics unit. The 4400 mAh Li-Ion battery supports fast charging and wireless charging. For photography, there is a 200 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultrawide camera, and a 10 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, complemented by a 10 MP front camera.
The Z Fold7 unlocks via a side fingerprint sensor or face recognition. It supports 5G, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and GPS, runs with Nano-SIM and eSIM, and offers 7 years of Android and security updates according to Samsung.
