Description
The Galaxy S25+ is the larger model of the current Samsung S series and is aimed at users seeking a powerful smartphone for photography, multitasking, and demanding apps. It is powered by the octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy processor with a clock speed of up to 4.47 GHz, supported by the Adreno 830 graphics unit and 12 GB of RAM. Android 15 with One UI 7 brings various Galaxy AI features, including cross-app voice commands, a notes and chat assistant, as well as automatic translation of messages.
The camera system consists of a 50 MP main camera, a 12 MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 10 MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, complemented by a 12 MP front camera for selfies. Videos can be recorded in resolutions up to 8K, supported by AI features such as Audio Eraser for removing background noise. The 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display has a resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels, achieves a 120 Hz refresh rate, and brightness up to 2600 nits, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
The 4900 mAh battery charges wired up to 45 watts and also supports wireless charging. The aluminum and glass housing is protected according to IP68 against dust and water, the fingerprint sensor is located under the display. Samsung guarantees 7 years of Android updates and security updates until 2032, ensuring a long useful life for the device.
