Description
The Chester braiser by Salter is made of solid cast iron with green enamel coating and holds 3.4 liters. The material stores and distributes heat evenly, making the braiser particularly suitable for slow braising of stews and casseroles.
With dimensions of 29 x 24.8 x 14 cm and a diameter of 24 cm, it provides ample space for larger quantities. It is suitable for all cooktop types, including induction, and oven-safe up to 240 °C, allowing a dish to be transferred from the cooktop directly to the oven for continued cooking. The PFOA-free coating enables cooking without chemicals.
