Description
The Ottocast CA400-S connects a smartphone wirelessly to the vehicle's electronics and provides access to Android, CarPlay, Android Auto, as well as the pre-installed YouTube and Netflix apps. The processing is based on an Allwinner H618 Quad-Core processor with Android 12 as the operating system and 2+16 GB of RAM and storage.
For connectivity, Dual-Band Wi-Fi according to 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac in the 2.4 and 5.0 GHz bands as well as Bluetooth 4.2 are available. This way, the adapter is aimed at users who want to switch between Android and Apple services independently of their own operating system.
