Description
The Neewer lens attachment extends the original Sony ZV1 lens with two additional shooting perspectives. In wide-angle mode, the standard focal length becomes a field of view of 18 mm, capturing more image content for landscapes, architecture, or group photos. By unscrewing the wide-angle part counterclockwise, a macro lens with 10x magnification is available for close-ups of small subjects like insects or plants.
An extension tube with integrated spring mechanism increases the distance between the reversal lens and camera sensor, enabling higher macro magnification without loss of quality. The housing is made of CNC-machined anodized aluminum for a precise fit with the original lens, while multi-layer nano-particle coated optical glass reduces reflections and supports color reproduction.
Mounting is via a bayonet fitting, which is secured to the camera with the supplied hex key; then the extension tube and lens are screwed on.
