Description
The Navitel RS3 Duo Wide is a dual-camera dashcam for front and interior, both equipped with the GC4653 2K sensor and a 240° field of view. The front lens consists of an 8-layer glass lens with IR coating, the interior camera additionally features IR LED lighting for recordings in poor lighting conditions. Videos are recorded in MP4 format with 2560x1440 pixel resolution.
A G-sensor detects impacts and activates overwrite protection, so that relevant recordings in case of an accident are preserved, while loop recording continuously overwrites older, unprotected clips. Automatic start activates recording when the vehicle is switched on, additionally microphone and speaker record audio. Recordings can be stored on a microSD card with up to 512 GB, the V39 CPU handles processing.
Power supply is via USB-C with 5V 2A, the integrated Li-Pol battery with 280 mAh bridges short power interruptions. The 2-inch IPS display with 320x240 pixel resolution shows live image and settings, but is not touch-capable. The dashcam is mounted via 3M adhesive pad on the windscreen.
