Description
The Mileseey TR20 Pro is a thermal camera for professional temperature diagnosis on electrical installations, HVAC systems, and industrial facilities. A detector with 320×240 pixels and thermal sensitivity of ≤40 mK delivers 76,800 measurement points and thus an image that also reveals small temperature differences. The refresh rate of 50 Hz keeps the display stable during dynamic scans, while the field of view of 50°×37.2° captures a wide range.
The dual-camera system overlays the thermal image with visible light in fusion mode, making it easier to precisely locate error sources, for example in substations or transformer stations. In addition to fusion mode, several other image modes are available for evaluation, such as PIP, fusion offset, fusion rate, and digital display, as well as eight color palettes. The data is displayed on a 2.8-inch color LCD with 640×480 pixels resolution.
The temperature measurement range extends from -20 to 550 °C with an accuracy of ±2%, with an optimal measurement distance of 0.3 to 3 m. Images can be saved via the internal storage of 8 GB and transferred via USB-C. The integrated Li-Ion battery with 5000 mAh provides an operating time of 8 hours, while the IP54 protection class and drop resistance of 1 m secure the device for on-site use.
