Description
The Meross CS11-EU is a dual detector for indoor use that detects smoke photoelectrically and carbon monoxide electrochemically, covering two hazard sources with a single device. At a CO concentration of 300 ppm, it triggers within approximately 3 minutes, the acoustic alarm reaches 85 dB at a 3-meter distance. A tricolour LED indicates operational readiness, low battery or error, as well as alarm or test mode.
The device is powered by a permanently integrated, non-replaceable CR123A lithium battery with a capacity of 1600 mAh, which is designed for a service life of approximately 10 years with a standby current consumption of 30 µA and 70 mA in the event of an alarm. The plastic housing can be mounted optionally on the ceiling or wall and is suitable for operating temperatures from -10 °C to 40 °C with a maximum relative humidity of up to 95%. Via an associated app for Android and iOS, the detector can be integrated into Tuya-based smart home environments. Compliance with EN14604 and EN50291-1 confirms the function as a smoke and CO detector.
