Description
The Samsung MZ-V9P1T0GW is an internal SSD in the M.2 form factor (2280) with 1 TB storage capacity based on V-NAND MLC memory. Connected via the PCI Express 4.0 x4 interface and NVMe 2.0 protocol, it achieves transfer rates of up to 7450 MB/s when reading and 6900 MB/s when writing, for random 4-KB accesses the values are 1,200,000 IOPS reading and 1,550,000 IOPS writing.
An integrated heatsink supports heat dissipation during operation. To protect data, the SSD offers hardware encryption with 256-bit AES as well as support for DevSlp, S.M.A.R.T. and TRIM. The mean time between failures is specified as 1,500,000 hours, the shock resistance during operation is 1500 G.
At an operating voltage of 3.3 V, the average power consumption is 5.4 W and maximum is 7.8 W, the operating temperature range is from 0 to 70 °C. The SSD is intended for use as a component in PC systems.
