Description
The Lindy USB 2.0 Active Extension Pro extension cable extends the connection between a USB-A connector and a USB-A socket by 12 metres without the signal losing quality through active amplification. This allows USB 2.0 devices to be connected over greater distances, for example when the computer and peripherals are further apart than a standard cable permits.
Inside, a tinned copper conductor with a wire gauge of 20 AWG ensures stable data transmission at up to 480 Mbit/s. The contacts are gold-plated, and the outer sheath is made of flame-retardant PVC. The black cable is designed to operate at temperatures between 0 °C and 50 °C.
