The Jata HSAR2120 La Garrotxa is a frying pan with 20 cm diameter made of stainless steel AISI-304. Its Xylan Plus non-stick coating by Whitford excludes PFOA and facilitates frying as well as cleaning.
The universal base is 3.5 mm thick and combines aluminium with steel, which ensures even heat distribution. Thanks to this construction, the pan can be used on electric, gas, ceramic glass, and induction cooktops. The handle is hollow and also made of stainless steel.
