Description
The Philips PSG9040/80 is a steam ironing station with 3100 W power and a removable water tank with 1.8 l capacity. The SteamGlide Elite soleplate features a non-stick coating and thus glides easily over fabrics. With steam pressure of up to 9 bar and steam boost power of 750 g/min, even stubborn creases are removed.
The iron weighs 970 g and heats up in approximately 2 minutes. An adjustable thermostat allows adaptation to different fabric types. The cord and hose are each 1.8 m long and can be wound up for storage.
Safety is ensured by a programmable safety auto-shutoff, auto-shutoff, overheat protection and a locking mechanism on the iron. Automatic descaling with limescale indicator facilitates device maintenance, while the 22% energy saving reduces electricity consumption.
