Description
The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E set uses the existing power line cabling to bring network and WLAN to rooms that are difficult to reach via cable or wireless. According to the HomePlug-AV2 standard, a maximum data transfer rate of 1200 Mbit/s is achieved, protected by 128-bit AES encryption.
For wired end devices, a Gigabit Ethernet port (RJ-45) is available, which supports the copper Ethernet standards 10BASE-T, 100BASE-T, and 1000BASE-T. In parallel, the set provides a WLAN according to the standards 802.11a/b/g/h/i with a data transfer rate of up to 866 Mbit/s. The plug type F and the design for 230 V and 50 Hz make the set suitable for operation on the Swiss power grid.
LED indicators for LAN and power status provide information about the operating status at all times. The white housing with dimensions of 67 x 32 x 132 mm fits inconspicuously into any power outlet environment.
