Description
The Tech-Protect V2 is an adapter in an aluminum housing that expands a single USB-C connection of a laptop with four interfaces: HDMI, USB-A 3.0, USB-A 2.0, and USB-C. This allows external monitors to be connected and other devices to be powered and transfer data simultaneously.
Video transmission via HDMI requires that the USB-C connector of the respective laptop supports video signals. The additional USB-C port serves solely as a pass-through for charging the connected device and does not transfer any data.
With a cable length of 14 cm and an adapter length of 8.3 cm, the hub remains compact and is suitable for mobile use with laptops and computers that have a USB Type-C connector.
