Description
The Habotest HT690 is a digital probe thermometer with a 112 mm long probe made of stainless steel 304 and an ABS housing, with a total length of 244 mm. It covers a measurement range of -50 to 300 °C, with an accuracy of 2 °C in the range up to 200 °C and 3 °C above, with a resolution of 0.1 °C. The temperature is displayed digitally in °C or °F, with a refresh rate of twice per second.
The device is suitable for the preparation of meat, pastries and beverages as well as for temperature control during grilling, frying or smoking, both at home and in the food industry. It is powered by a CR2032 battery with a lifespan of up to 300 hours and automatically shuts off after 10 minutes of inactivity. It can be operated at temperatures from 0 to 60 °C and a relative humidity of 20 to 90 %.
