Description
The Goobay SLIM network cable is a pre-terminated CAT 6 cable with U/UTP shielding and two RJ45 connectors for connecting network components. Thanks to the slim cable diameter of 3.6 mm and the short connector type with dimensions 11.6 x 26.7 mm, it can be installed in a particularly space-saving manner and is therefore suitable for high-density equipment environments such as server cabinets or data centers.
Copper conductors with gold-plated contact surfaces ensure signal transmission, the jacket is made of PVC. The cable is PoE-compatible and can therefore, in addition to data, also provide power supply to connected devices.
