Description
This RJ45 connector from Goobay is used for the assembly of individual network cables based on CAT-6A distribution cable. Assembly is performed via an LSA lever mechanism: the conductors are placed on the color-coded contacts according to TIA-568A/B and fixed by compressing the connector housing, completely without additional tools. The connector is suitable for round cables with solid conductors (AWG 22/1–26/1) and stranded conductors (AWG 22/7–24/7).
The STP shielding and the 3 µm gold-plated contacts ensure stable signal transmission with cable routing of 180°. The connector supports 10GBase-T in backward-compatible mode as well as Power over Ethernet according to IEEE802.3bt, including PoE++, 4PPoE and Ultra PoE, and is therefore aimed at professional users in the networking field.
