Description
The DVI-VGA cable establishes a connection between a DVI-A standard connector A and a VGA connector B. It is used for analog image transmission, for example from a computer to an external monitor or projector, and is suitable for resolutions up to Full HD with 1920 x 1080 pixels.
Double shielding reduces electromagnetic interference on the line, which provides a more stable image for analog signals. The nickel-plated contacts contribute to signal quality at the connection point. With a length of 3 m, the cable can be used even if the monitor or projector is somewhat removed from the computer. No conversion of digital to analog signals takes place, as both ends use analog interfaces.
