Description
This RJ45 connector from Goobay is intended for personal assembly of category CAT6a network cables. Thanks to STP shielding, it is suitable for shielded cabling as used in demanding home and corporate networks.
The plastic housing accommodates both flexible stranded and rigid solid-core conductors in the range of AWG 23 to AWG 26. The contact is made via a 6+2 pin configuration with 50µ gold-plated contacts, which provide good electrical connection. Both connectors are designed as RJ45.
