Description
This patch cable from Goobay connects network components via two straight-through RJ45 connectors on both sides and supports the Ethernet standards 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX, 1000BASE-T, and 10GBASE-T with transmission speeds up to 1.25 Gbit/s and a frequency range of 500 MHz. The S/FTP (PiMF) shielding made of aluminum and copper protects each conductor pair and the entire cable jacket from electromagnetic interference and ensures clean signal transmission.
The contacts are coated with 3µ gold, the conductor cross-section is 27 AWG. A strain relief boot and a clip protection on the connector protect the cable from mechanical stress in daily use. The halogen-free LSZH insulation material and the operating temperature range of -20 to 65 °C allow use in various environments, including PoE and PoE+ applications.
