Description
This Goobay CAT 6 network cable connects network components via RJ45 connectors and supports the Ethernet standards 10BASE-T, 100BASE-TX and 1000BASE-T with a maximum data rate of 10,000 Mbit/s. Additionally, it is designed for Power over Ethernet (PoE and PoE+), which allows end devices such as access points or cameras to be powered as well.
The 5 meter long cable is double shielded in S/FTP design (PiMF), with individual conductor pairs additionally shielded with aluminum foil. The inner conductors are made of copper, the contact surfaces are coated with 1 μ of gold. One of the two RJ45 connectors is angled at 90°, the other is straight, which makes installation in confined spaces easier.
