Description
This patch cable from Goobay connects two network components directly to each other without requiring an additional switch or hub. Thanks to the crossed contact assignment (Crossover), for example two computers or two routers can be coupled directly via their RJ45 interfaces.
The CAT 5e design with U/UTP shielding supports transmission frequencies up to 100 MHz and enables data rates of 10/100/1000 Mbit/s, making it suitable for Gigabit Ethernet applications. The inner conductor consists of copper-clad aluminum (28 AWG), the jacket is PVC. With an operating temperature range of -20 to +60 °C, the cable can also be used in changing environmental conditions.
