Description
The B650E EAGLE WF6E from Gigabyte is an ATX motherboard for the AM5 socket and is therefore compatible with AMD Ryzen 7000, 8000 and 9000 processors. Four DIMM slots accommodate DDR5 memory, which can reach 8200 MHz in overclocking mode and can total up to 256 GB.
For storage connection, M.2 and SATA III interfaces are available, with four SATA III ports and RAID configurations at levels 0, 1, 5 and 10 possible. Graphics cards can be connected via one PCIe x16 slot of fourth generation and one of fifth generation. Network connection is via a Realtek RTL8125 controller with up to 2.5 Gbit/s as well as integrated Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth, the supplied antenna is included in the scope of delivery. The Realtek ALC897 audio chip provides 7.1 channel sound.
The variety of connectors includes USB-A and USB-C ports of various generations, HDMI and DisplayPort for video output as well as six fan connectors for system cooling. The UEFI AMI BIOS and power supply via 24-pin ATX and 8-pin ATX 12V connectors complete the equipment.
