Description
The Garrett ACE 300i is a portable metal detector for outdoor treasure hunting. A digital LCD display shows target identification on a scale of 0 to 99 as well as target depth, while 4 iron discrimination segments and adjustable Notch discrimination facilitate the distinction of found objects. Three audio identification levels provide additional acoustic feedback on the type of detected object.
For different terrain types, 5 search modes as well as a separate Pinpoint function for precise location are available, complemented by 8 sensitivity/depth settings. The waterproof 7x10 inch PROformance coaxial coil operates at an operating frequency of 8 kHz. The shaft can be adjusted from 1.06 to 1.29 m to fit the user's height, the total weight is 1.27 kg.
The device is supplied with 4 AA batteries, an integrated battery status indicator, and Easy-Stow headphones. The operating temperature range is between 18 and 55 °C, the detector can be stored between -29 and 66 °C.
