Description
The Freewell lens hood for the Fuji XF 23mm F2.8 lens combines mechanical protection of the front lens element with a magnetic filter system that allows changing the included filters without additional adapters. The set includes a UV filter, a PL filter, and a Glow Mist 1/4 filter that can be used individually depending on the shooting situation.
The UV filter serves to protect the lens, the PL filter reduces reflections and enhances color saturation especially for water or sky shots, while the Glow Mist 1/4 filter diffuses light and gives the image a softer character. The filters are made from tempered glass, the hood itself is made from CNC-milled aluminum in black.
