Description
The FNIRSI WD-02 helps DIY enthusiasts and professionals determine what lies behind walls, floors, or ceilings before drilling. In metal mode, the device detects both ferrous and non-ferrous metals to depths of 120 mm and 100 mm respectively, and in cable mode it locates live wires to 50 mm and individual copper wires to 40 mm. Wood mode detects wood parts and similar objects behind drywall, with precision mode detecting to 20 mm and depth mode to 38 mm.
Detected targets are displayed on the TFT-HD color screen with information on depth, position, and material type. The housing is made of ABS and contains an integrated lithium battery with 300 mAh capacity that can be charged via USB-C. After five minutes without input, the detector automatically shuts off. The menu is available in six languages, including English, Russian, and Japanese.
