Description
The FNIRSI SWM-10 is a compact 2-in-1 device for spot welding on nickel tape, steel sheet, stainless steel and aluminum with a material thickness of 0.1 to 0.25 mm. The dual-pulse technology works in two steps: the first pulse removes oxides from the material surface, the second provides the actual welding energy. This results in less spark formation and a more uniform, more durable connection.
Via four power levels, the welding current up to 1200 A can be adapted to the respective application, such as when connecting cells in battery packs, power banks or cylindrical batteries. The 1.8-inch color TFT display shows voltage, temperature, pulse time and the number of welds performed.
The integrated lithium battery with a capacity of 5000 mAh powers the device and can additionally be used as a powerbank via the 5 V/2.1 A USB output for other devices ; it is charged with 5 V and 2.1 A as well.
