Description
The FNIRSI HS-02B is a digital soldering iron with 100 W power, designed for professional use in electronics repair and mobile service. A segmented PID control maintains the set temperature between 100 and 450 °C constantly with an accuracy below 2%, even when soldering more massive components or larger soldering surfaces. The tip reaches its operating temperature within 2 seconds and thus responds immediately to contact with the workpiece.
The device is powered via USB-C Power Delivery, Quick Charge, or a classic DC input in the range of 9 to 20 V, with adaptive power regulation that automatically adjusts power consumption to the respective power source. This allows the soldering iron to be operated with power supplies, power banks, or laptops, making it equally suitable for use on the move as at a fixed workstation. A 0.96-inch IPS color display shows the relevant operating values, while three stored temperature profiles allow for quick switching between applications.
The housing is made of CNC-machined aluminum with a non-slip silicone grip and weighs 61 g for a length of 18 cm. Electrostatic protection with grounding capability as well as automatic inductive and manual sleep mode complete the equipment. The tip is interchangeable and measures 6.6 cm, the heating core has a resistance of 2.1 Ω.
