Description
The FNIRSI HS-02A F is a digital soldering iron with 100 W maximum power that maintains temperatures from 100 to 450 °C with a control accuracy of less than 2%. A segmented PID control ensures rapid heating during tinning within 5 seconds and stable temperature maintenance even for larger solder joints. Three storable temperature profiles (CH1, CH2, CH3) allow rapid switching between different applications.
Power supply is optionally via USB-C Power Delivery, Quick Charge or classic DC in the range of 9 to 20 V, with adaptive power control automatically adjusting the power to the respective power source. This allows the device to be operated from power adapters, power banks or laptops, enabling use independent of the work location. An automatic inductive and manual sleep mode and a ground-referenced ESD protection round out the safety and energy functions.
The housing consists of CNC-machined aluminum with a non-slip silicone grip, the tip is 9 cm long and replaceable and version-specific. The heating element has a resistance of 2.5 Ω, the status is displayed on a 0.96 inch color IPS display. The soldering iron is thus aimed at professional users in electronics service and mobile field service.
