Description
The FNIRSI FNB48P BT is a USB port tester with Bluetooth module for analyzing charging processes on USB-A, USB-C, and Micro USB interfaces as well as via a dedicated PD-COM connection. It recognizes and verifies common fast charging protocols such as Apple 2.4A, QC2.0, QC3.0, USB Power Delivery, Samsung AFC, Huawei FCP/SCP, OPPO VOOC/DASH/WARP, SuperVOOC, and PE+1.1 and PE+2.0, thus showing which standard a connected charger supports.
The device measures voltage in the range of 4 to 24 V and current up to 6.5 A, resulting in a power measurement of up to 156 W. Additionally, D+/D- line voltage, capacity, energy, as well as equivalent load resistance and cable wire resistance are recorded, allowing detailed assessment of cable quality and energy losses. A 240 MHz processor processes the measurement data, which is displayed on a 1.77-inch display and can be transmitted via Bluetooth or USB to a PC.
The metal housing contains the electronics; up to 10 measurement data groups can be stored internally. Thus, the FNB48P BT is aimed at professional users who want to examine and evaluate chargers, power supplies, and cables in detail over a longer period.
