The FNIRSI FDM01 is a compact sound level meter for the range 30-130 dB with A-weighted measurement. It uses a sensitive 6 mm condenser microphone and displays values on a 2.3-inch VA color display. Thanks to the lithium battery with USB-C charging, it is suitable for mobile use in offices, production, and on construction sites.

Description

The FNIRSI FDM01 captures sound levels between 30 and 130 dB in the frequency range of 31.5 to 8500 Hz with an accuracy of ±1.5 dB. The evaluation is performed according to the A-curve, which corresponds to the sensitivity of the human ear to different frequencies, allowing practical assessment of ambient noise. Two detection modes, FAST and SLOW, allow adaptation to dynamic or constant noise sources.

The measured values are displayed on a 2.3-inch VA color display with backlighting at a resolution of 0.1 dB. The housing is made of ABS plastic and is designed to operate at temperatures of 0 to 40 °C and humidity of 10 to 80%. The device is powered by a lithium battery with 600 mAh and 3.7 V, which is charged via USB-C.
