Description
The FNIRSI DPS150 is a compact laboratory power supply for precise adjustment of voltage and current in the range 0 to 30 V and 0 to 5 A respectively at an output power of up to 150 W. It is powered by an input voltage of 5.0 to 32 V and input current of 100 mA to 5 A, which allows not only classical DC power supplies but also power banks with USB-C Power Delivery or Quick Charge to be used as a source. The aluminium housing acts as a passive heat sink for stable operation even under heavy load.
The device is operated via a 2.8 inch rotatable IPS display with a resolution of 320×240 pixels, which allows switching between graphical and numerical representation. Up to 6 profiles for voltage and current settings can be saved and recalled at the push of a button, which speeds up switching between different test setups. With a voltage resolution of 10 mV and a current resolution of 1 mA as well as an output noise of just 20 mV, the DPS150 is also suitable for sensitive circuits, such as in the audio or microprocessor field.
Protection functions ensure safe operation against overvoltage, overload, short circuit, overheating and reverse polarity. Connection to test objects is made via 4 mm banana connectors, alligator clips or screw terminals, making the device suitable for both professional service and educational use.
