Description
The Equip Cat.6a patch cable connects two network devices via RJ-45 connectors and is suitable for cabling according to 10GBase-T. Thanks to S/FTP shielding (S-STP), the multi-stranded copper conductor is well protected against interference, which with the round cable form and an outer diameter of 6.1 mm supports stable signal transmission.
With a data transmission rate of 10000 Mbit/s at 500 MHz, the cable covers Ethernet interfaces from Fast Ethernet via Gigabit and 2.5 Gigabit to 10 Gigabit Ethernet and also supports Power-over-Ethernet according to the PoE+ standard. The jacket made of low-smoke, halogen-free material (LSZH) and the gold-plated connector contacts complete the equipment. With a length of 1.5 m and the pink color, it can also be used for color-coded identification of individual connections in patch panels.
