Description
The ELEGOO PC filament in transparent appearance is designed for technical applications where mechanical strength and temperature resistance are required. With a tensile strength of 56 MPa, a flexural strength of 114 MPa and an impact strength of 79.7 kJ/m², the material is suitable for functional parts such as gears, hooks or protective housings that are permanently stressed.
The heat distortion temperature of 109 °C and the Vicat softening temperature of 119 °C allow the use of printed parts even at elevated ambient temperatures without the geometry changing or the strength decreasing. At a melting temperature of 228 °C, the filament can be processed with closed 3D printers, which allows manufacturers, with a density of 1.2 g/cm³, consistent extrusion across the entire spool.
