Description
The Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro is an FDM 3D printer running on a Klipper motherboard with a 64-bit ARM Quad-Core processor operating at 1.5 GHz. This combination delivers high print speeds of up to 500 mm/s while maintaining smooth filament flow. A direct extruder with dual screws weighing 291 g precisely feeds the material, while the nozzle reaches temperatures up to 300 °C, enabling it to process demanding materials such as nylon and ABS alongside PLA, PETG, and TPU.
The heated bed is divided into two zones of 150 W and 100 W, reducing power consumption and promoting uniform heating of the 225 x 225 x 265 mm build area. Cooling is provided by a 4015 fan with ball bearings, capable of reaching up to 10,000 RPM. Automatic leveling at 121 points compensates for any unevenness in the print bed, minimizing setup effort.
The printer is controlled via a removable 4.3-inch touchscreen, with models transferable via LAN or USB. A filament sensor detects when material runs out or breaks, making it ideal for users who wish to perform longer, unattended prints.
