Description
The Elegoo Neptune 4 Max is an FDM 3D printer that, thanks to its build area of 420 x 420 x 480 mm, also manufactures larger models in one piece without needing to disassemble them into individual parts. This makes it suitable for technical, architectural and artistic projects that require more space than compact devices can offer.
With a 0,4 mm diameter nozzle and an accuracy of ±0,1 mm, it reproduces details with precision. The print speed can be regulated from 30 to 500 mm/s, with 250 mm/s as a benchmark for continuous operation; an acceleration of up to 8000 mm/s² keeps even larger prints efficient in processing time.
The nozzle heats up to 300 °C, the heated bed up to 85 °C, which allows it to process not only PLA but also materials such as ABS, PETG, nylon and TPU. For print preparation, the Cura software is used, which processes STL and OBJ files to G-Code; data transfer is via USB, SD card or LAN.
