Description
DJI Care Refresh is a device protection plan specifically designed for the DJI Osmo Mobile 7. Within the two-year contract duration, up to two replacement devices are available per year if the original device is damaged, for example by a fall or contact with water. Damaged hardware is replaced with new or like-new devices.
The protection plan is not shipped physically, but is delivered as an electronic code via email and then activated via the DJI account.
